MY MISSION
To bring the same level of service and expertise that the IT departments of larger corporations enjoy to small businesses on Long Island that don’t have the budget or the need to employ a full time IT staff.

WHY DO YOU WORK WITH SMALL BUSINESSES AND NOT THE BIG GUYS?
First, I find many big firms frustrating to work with. It’s next to impossible to get anything implemented because of all the politics and red tape. We don’t experience that with small business owners. Plus, there is a lot of “schmoozing” that has to go on to get in the doors in the first place. I’m not a good “schmoozer” and refuse to kiss up to someone to earn his or her business. We stand on results and results alone.
Second, I enjoy the challenge of working with small businesses. I have built my firm from the ground up, so I understand the struggles and frustrations of being a small business owner.
Third (and probably most important), I love helping the ‘underdog.’ When a client comes to me with a story about how I’ve helped them avoid many of the technical issues their employees were experiencing, or how I’ve helped them get out of (really big) trouble and save their business, I’m totally fulfilled. That gives me far more personal satisfaction than helping a multi-million dollar firm migrate their email service.
If you would like to refer us, I am looking to meet the owners or decision makers of businesses that have 150 people or less and are interested in improving the reliability of their networks while reducing their IT spending.
